    Canon U.S.A., Inc., a respected leader in the Imaging and Office Equipment industry, has an opportunity in Itasca, IL to join the Midwest Regional Account Management team.   This position will be responsible for operational duties including Order Management, Marketing Program Review/Processing, and Dealer Support.
    If you enjoy providing customer / dealer support in a fast pace, while learning Canon’s line of office and production products, this could be the job for you!


    - Provide dealer/account operational support to Independent Dealers, Canon Solutions America, and Global Accounts
    - Utilize proprietary system for Order Management ( order entry, order modification/cancellation/tracking)
    - Provide product inventory review for back order releases, and ETA communication
    - Coordinate documentation for Return Authorization Requests
    - Perform Marketing Program review and Claim Processing
    - Participate in quarterly Marketing Program documentation validation
    - Obtain and grow knowledge of product offerings
    - Provide feedback and recommendations to improve efficiency
    - Respond and follow up on inquiries and general requests


    - General education and / or vocational training plus 2-4 years of related experience in a professional office environment.
    - Shift is 11:00 am - 7:00 pm CST
    - MS Office with Intermediate Excel.
    - Ability to work overtime as needed
    - Keen sense of initiative and positive attitude
    - Ability to multi-task and adapt to change with attention to detail
    - Excellent time management skills
    - Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills
    - Ability to take direction from multiple people
    - Ability to work with all levels of employees and managers
