  • Overview

    Oversees the operations and client relations of assigned EMSD house accounts within a region. Manages the account base by providing customer service at appropriate levels within the client’s organizations and by ensuring the highest levels of service and client satisfaction. Responsible for add-on sales revenue via completions of sales orders for new equipment and software as approved internally and by client. Drives profitability and contract renewal through structured planning and leveraging resources within the regional operations team.

    Responsibilities

    -RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT - Maintains relationships with client contacts.- Engages regional resources to support meetings with senior level client contacts. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT- Engages regional resources to develop strategy for the expansion of existing and new services under the direction of the Operations Manager.- Supports development of proposals for business expansion within existing clients.- Participates in client presentations as requested by the Operations Manager.- Completes Sales Orders and RMAs as needed.  CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT - Creates and fosters a culture of continuous improvement.- Ensures the effective implementation of the Account Management Plan. FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT- Responsible for all data collection, reporting and billing for assigned accounts.- Manages financial performance of accounts as directed by Regional Operations Manager.

    Qualifications

    - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.- 3-5 years related expereince. - Prior experience in a customer service environment and experience supervising staff in a similar functional area.  - Requires up to 25% overnight travel (valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record necessary).
