Overview

Top performer who also provides "front line" support to Representatives. Responsible for assisting management in the development and training supporting Representatives I-IV.

Responsibilities

- Manages large amounts of incoming requests.
- Identifies and assesses customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Builds sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Provides accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Meets personal/customer service team production targets.
- Keeps records of customer interactions, processes customer accounts and files documents.
- Follows communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Takes the extra mile to engage customers.
- Manages customer complaints, provides appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follows up to ensure resolution.
- Provides training to other Representatives.
- Provides front line support to one or more levels of Representatives.
- Responsible for escalated customer service calls and situations.
- Responsible for handling or assisting others in handling most complex transactions.
- Assists in the training and development of other Representatives.
 - Responsible for the Part’s Team’s entry of sales orders, quotes, RMA’s, debits, credits, and any other transaction the team processes.

Qualifications

Typically requires general education and/or vocational training plus 6 or more years of related experience.
- Associates degree or equivalent required.
- Customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage tasks effectively.
- Expert level knowledge of Microsoft office products Excel, Word and Power Point.
