Overview

The Wholesale Channel Marketing team is seeking a talented, motivated, and creative Associate Product Marketing Specialist to support marketing, product management, branding, and messaging efforts of our current and future solutions portfolio.
 
This position is full time and offers a hybrid work schedule requiring you to be in the office Mondays and Wednesday and an option to work from home the remainder of the week (unless a specific business need arises requiring in office attendance on other days). Note that work schedules and office reporting requirements may change from time to time based on business needs.

Responsibilities

- Support product management and sales support activities for software and/or hardware solutions related to digital imaging equipment (office printers/copiers).
- Assist in the development of marketing collateral.
- Track and monitor market activities and provide direct field support for sales channels.
- Support the sales organization with requests and product questions that often require product research and testing.
- Prepare and deliver content and demonstrations for training events, field web meetings, and dealer presentations.
- Identify customer needs (both end user and channel partner) and facilitate the alignment of marketing messages and deliverables with these needs.
- Interact directly with internal and external resources to identify new marketing opportunities.
- Work on the planning and implementation of projects that support the marketing function.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 0 to 2 years of related experience.
- Experience in a sales and/or marketing position supporting industry specific products is preferred.
- Some level of technical knowledge is preferred with an aptitude to understand and communicate technical aspects of a product.
- Must be able to clearly articulate product strategies and value propositions.
- Strong project management and writing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications especially Powerpoint and Word.
- Must be detail-oriented and a self-starter, able to work independently.
- Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as needed.
- Domestic travel may be required 3-5 times a year.
