We are seeking full-time, motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our Industry Leading Managed Services Organization at Canon. In this role you will be performing onsite services that include printing, mail sorting and delivery, courier services and miscellaneous office functions at our client’s location along with other Team members. 

Main Responsibilities:
• Your responsibilities may include Copy/Print Production, basic Copier Maintenance, Mail/Courier Services, Office Services
• Produce copy and print jobs following the guidelines provided by end users
• Perform USPS mail sort and deliveries within the customer location
• Scan, log, receive and deliver accountable mail and packages
• Perform courier services by driving the company vehicle delivering packages and mail within Austin, TX area
• Provide excellent customer service to end users

Please note: this is a customer-facing role, and requires compliance with customer policies and protocols
HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required
- Prior customer service experience
- Ability to multi-task and perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Prior knowledge and experience in Print/Mail/Courier services is a plus
- Current valid driver license and ability to drive company provided vehicle
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
- A flexible, “can do” attitude to navigate our ever-changing environment and being a productive Team Member
- Basic computer skills/technical knowledge.
- Required to take all necessary steps to obtain security and/or other clearances required by customers to enter the customers' premises.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Ability to spend extended periods of time standing, bending, walking, reaching, and pulling while performing duties.
