Overview

Responsible to help drive projects and brings value through operations. Interfaces with a variety of departments to analyze data and statistics of various business operations function productivity such as: Order Management, Inventory Control, Contracts, and Logistics.

Responsibilities

- Analyzes data and statistics of various Business Operations function productivity (Order Management, Inventory Control, Contracts, Logistics).
- Participates and/or leads various Business Operations projects.
- Generates monthly reports for management review.
- Tracks overall program goals/objectives conducting scenario analysis.
- Compiles data pertaining to the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization's internal processes with the use of relational databases and other reporting tools.
- Follows established modeling and evaluation processes to determine the effectiveness of current operational activities, determines problem areas and develops solutions.
- Interprets results using a variety of techniques, ranging from simple data aggregation via statistical analysis to complex data.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 3 to 5 years of related experience.
- Basic understanding of financial and accounting statements and concepts.
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
- Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals to perform a variety of tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to form partnerships with all levels of management.
- Detail oriented, articulate, well organized, able to multi-task, work effectively under pressure in a fast paced environment, to meet and adhere to strict deadlines.
- Strong aptitude for research.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong decision making and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong investigative and problem solving skills. Able to weigh various information and views to make reasoned decisions or present concise summaries of problems and potential resolution.

Hybrid - This position is full time and offers a hybrid work schedule requiring you to be in the office two company designated days a week and an option to work from home the remainder of the week (unless a specific business need arises requiring in office attendance on other days).
