About the Role

The Accounts Payable Representative II will perform critical tasks to ensure vendors are paid for services rendered. The person in this role will review and process invoices, reconcile vendor statements and respond to vendor/business unit inquiries. The Accounts Payable Representative will possess a high level of detail and accuracy ensuring timely processing of high volume of invoices in a shared service environment.
 
This position is full time and offers a hybrid work schedule requiring you to be in the office Monday and Wednesday and an option to work from home the remainder of the week (unless a specific business need arises requiring in office attendance on other days).  Note that work schedules and office reporting requirements may change from time to time based on business needs.

Your Impact

- Processes vendor invoices submitted for payment and travel expense reimbursement requests from employees.
- Ensures invoice packages contain valid supporting documentation and approvals and that T&E requests adhere to company policy.
- Researches and responds to vendor and employee inquiries.
- Represents the organization to customers by providing information, responding to inquiries or troubleshooting product problems.

About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring

 
- Typically requires general education and/or vocational training plus 1 to 2 years of related experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with Oracle, preferred
 
We are providing the anticipated hourly rate for this role: $19.46 - $29.13.
