About the Role

Account Manager for Indirect Business
As the Account Manager for Indirect Business you will be responsible to drive and develop our business in the USA and Canada as well as in LATAM and South America via all Canon organizations in America.
Based on a well-established business relationship with Canon America, you will be responsible for the development of our business performance in line with our strategic planning via all sales organizations of Canon in the USA, Canada as well as in LATAM and South America.

Your Impact

 
Your key responsibilities:
● Develop and established Canon sales channels in line with our plannings for the existing and for the new products and solutions
● Hunting for new Canon sales channels in non-established business relations and creation of a strong, sustainable business performance with them
● Developing relationships with key stakeholders at Canon to ensure executive support for a sustainable growth-scenario
● You are ensuring a maximum utilization of I.R.I.S.’ relevant business in our established business via Canon by maximize our share of wallet
● Planning and implement sales programs with Canon Sales organizations
● Development of a 3-year mid-term plan and ensure execution for it thru all sales channels
● Informing all relevant Canon organizations on new technologies, solutions and products
● Supporting Canon in advising clients on technical matters
● Individual Quotations to Canon
● Demonstrating products and solutions
● Support Canon sales reps and analysts in maximizing the use of the products
● You will remain up-to-speed and proficient in utilizing all B2B channels to achieve your goals such as multimedia, webinar, events and Go2Market strategy for software and solutions
● Sales forecast and own performance management
● Supporting Canon in all I.R.I.S. marketing activities
● Participating on key industry events
● Bi-weekly sales meetings with our and Canon sales and marketing organization
● Communicating of sales progress with the managing director of I.R.I.S. Inc.
● Creating your own lab environments for demonstration purposes
● Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly and half year revenue targets
● Conduct ongoing prospecting activities in your Canon territory
● Develop and plan actions to commercialize new products/services into the customer base

About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring

- You have successfully completed a degree in computer science, engineering or business administration or, alternatively, completed commercial training combined with relevant professional experience in key account management
- 5 years of professional experience.
- You have already gathered sales experience in the world of software
- You have a passion for high-tech and related tolls and processes
- Exceptional ability to clearly convey ideas across a wide range of internal and external audiences
- Requires a high level of professional “inside and outside” salesmanship
- You maintain proficient knowledge of CRM and collaboration applications
- You bring a high level of motivation to the workplace and you are a convincing team members
- You have experience in agile working methods
- You have a high willingness to travel and have excellent self-organization
- You possess strong analytical skills and utilize data to make informed business decisions
- You are able to quickly identify distinct business models and their unique drivers
- You are result-oriented and adept at dealing with numbers
