The pay range for this hourly position is $66,237 - $86,108 | FLSA: Exempt

Your Impact

The Systems Analyst designs, installs, administers, manages and tunes software systems, hardware and network connections to ensure high levels of availability and security of the supported business applications. Investigates and deploys software and hardware solutions to meet business needs.
- Analyzes and resolves moderately complex hardware and software system problems in a timely manner.
- Ensures proposed and existing system architectures are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Recommends, schedules, and performs system improvements, upgrades, and repairs. Identifies and resolves system performanceis sues.
- Monitors system capacity to determine its effect on performance and recommends enhancements to meet new or changing system demands.
- Recommends changes and upgrades to system in order to support current and future business needs. Plans, acquires, and coordinates installation of hardware and software for system improvements.
- Interacts with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors to secure system products and services. Works with vendors for system upgrade and/or implementation.
- Recommends changes to systems and security to prevent potential issues from occurring.
- Creates and recommends strategies for business systems related to procedures, maintenance, and use.
- Analyzes current application usage and plans for growth or increases in software licensing and network capacity.
- Documents company’s existing systems architecture and technology portfolio. Makes recommendations for improvements and/or alternatives.
- Works closely with PC Technicians and Systems Analysts to support other business activities and trains others as needed.
- Builds, installs, monitors, maintains and troubleshoots server configurations, hardware, software, peripherals, storage, etc., and assures each is in accordance with business requirements.
- Performs upgrades for new software releases, tests/debugs to ensure proper functionality and evaluates software applications for improvements.
- Monitors storage and resource allocations to assure proper levels are available.
- Replaces defective or inadequate hardware and software. Works with service personnel to correct major hardware problems.

About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring

- Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in System Administration, Information Technology or a related field and 2-4 years of system administration experience.
- Experience in applicable systems. Systems Administration certification a plus.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Proven analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal and oral communication skills.
- Ability to present ideas and solutions in user-friendly language.
- Highly self-motivated and directed.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Skilled at working in a collaborative environment.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.

Workstyle Description

Hybrid - This position is full time and offers a hybrid work schedule requiring you to be in the office 4 days a week and an option to work from home 1 day out of the week (unless a specific business need arises requiring in office attendance on the other day). Standard in office days are Monday and Wednesday. The third and fourth in office day is determined by divisional management. Note that work schedules and office reporting requirements may change from time to time based on business needs.
