Responsible for prompt delivery of various on-site work assignments, providing customer service and ultimately, customer satisfaction. Requires flexibility to provide coverage at many sites throughout the region.
Provides operational, maintenance and networking support for customers through extensive product and customer knowledge. Works closely with Service Managers, Product Support and other Technicians to provide high-level technical support with seamless technical expertise of Canon USA supported products in accordance with the current Service and Parts Standards working in a 24x7 environment. Act as the Manager in their absence and as product expert for the district or region.

Responsible for all on-site business activities for a specifically assigned customer account. Responsibilities include maintaining compliance with established standards and policies for the operation, managing and developing site human resources, as well as meeting site financial goals. Responsible for developing and maintaining a partnership and successful working relationship with the Administrator. Responsible for ensuring the highest levels of service and client satisfaction.
