We are seeking a seasoned Sales Account Manager who is proficient in consumer and professional camera systems, lenses, consumer and professional video, and professional printers. This role requires the ability to engage credibly with cinematographers, photographers, resellers, dealers and buyers.   The Sales Account Manager owns and grows assigned accounts by maintaining strong, consultative client relationships and serving as a trusted advisor on camera and lens technologies. This role is central to achieving strategic revenue goals through long-term account development, solution-based selling, and expansion across the company’s imaging product and service portfolio.

Monitors customer service dispatch requests and dispatches technicians in a timely manner. Communicates with Service Managers, Technicians, and customers as needed. Serves as a back-up inbound call taker as needed.

Responsible for prompt delivery of various on-site work assignments, providing customer service and ultimately, customer satisfaction.
