The P360 Analyst is a subject matter expert in this area and fully understands clients’ needs and requirements to develop a strategy for their business and volume growth initiatives. This may include customer strategy development, site optimization assessments, consulting, and new business development activities.

The Service Planning Specialist will support service readiness initiatives required for the successful launch and support of all BICG products, and also track and analyze field performance with the goal of improving performance and efficiency. Service readiness initiatives include the preparation, maintenance, and distribution of new BICG product launch schedules, the creation and distribution new BICG product service documentation, the performance of market/product/competitor data analysis, service program creation and publication, service cost calculation, and sample maintenance rate development. Critical activities include the timely creation and release of new product Service Guides, Service Revenue / Profit Calculators, and other service related tools and documentation.
This position is full time and offers a hybrid work schedule requiring you to be in the office Mondays and Wednesday and an option to work from home the remainder of the week (unless a specific business need arises requiring in office attendance on other days). Note that work schedules and office reporting requirements may change from time to time based on business needs.

Canon USA in Melville, NY is seeking a Government Contract Administration Manager (Manager, Contract Admin). This contract management position works independently working with State Contracting Officers as well as other state offices to negotiate contract terms and conditions, ensure compliance to contract terms, provide monthly and quarterly compliance reports to applicable states and ensure administrative fee payment.
