We are looking for an account-based Associate Marketing Specialist to support key accounts/sales channel in day-to-day retail marketing, planning, and execution. This person will work directly with each retailer, sales rep, and account executive to drive key products, sell out, and grow business. The Technical Support Engineer will provide technical support to production-level electromechanical ink and toner-based devices both remotely and on site at customer locations around the U.S. The Technical Support Engineer will provide technical support to field engineers, technicians, product support personnel and possibly end users who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing complex electromechanical devices. The person in this role will respond to issues related to device operation/device performance in situations where first-line product support has failed to isolate or fix a problem. Activities will include review of device logs and available data to detect device performance issues and reporting design, reliability and maintenance problems or bugs to design engineering/software engineering.
