Responsible for covering both Inbound Customer Calls and National Dispatch Support. When handling inbound calls, responsible for ensuring that all servce calls are answered in a quick, timely manner, resolving the customer's request and providing a positive customer experience. When dispatching calls, responsible for monitoring the dispatch system to ensure the fastest response to a customer request, communicationg with field personnel to make certain the response time is met. Proactive communication with field and peers across multiple channels including email, chat, and phone is required. Must be able to multi-task, show initiative, and support team members.

The Senior Government Pricing Analyst (Sr Analyst, Pricing) will act as the Senior Pricing expert handling all issues regarding government bid and contract pricing, competitive pricing, compliance and overseeing the workflow of the Pricing Analyst(s). They will work with the Sales team, Bids/Contracts team, Marketing, Administration and Management to formulize best pricing response in a timely manner. They will analyze and make profitability recommendations to management for all Federal price requests including official bid responses, competitive programs, compliance and billing issues and promotions.This position requires excellent analytical, decision-making, project management, planning and organizational skills, as well as superior communication, relationship building abilities, and creativity.
This position is full time and offers a hybrid work schedule requiring you to be in the office Monday and Wednesday and an option to work from home the remainder of the week (unless a specific business need arises requiring in office attendance on other days). Note that work schedules and office reporting requirements may change from time to time based on business needs.

Responsible for sales, overall business performance and customer applications support for the Canon imagePRESS Digital Printing Systems into all segments and markets; Commercial Print, Strategic Accounts, Retail and Government. Manages a team to sell and support imagePRESS systems. Manages the sales and support process which including; producing customer benchmarks, assisting with or leading the demonstration process, technical needs analysis, recommended configuration of equipment and workflows, technical support for workflow extensions such as Image Processing, Variable Data Printing (VDP), Web to Print, Integration, Color Management and Finishing. Work with managers across Canon Solutions America & Canon USA when needed.
