Responsible for supporting Managed Services, National Account, ARC, and Shared Service Business Units of Canon Solutions America with high-level financial tasks and interactions between various divisions of Canon Solutions America and Canon USA. Responsible for engaging in business processes and financial workflows to maintain financial performance and profitability by performing complex operational activities including financial and database reporting, data audit and analysis, cost center and structure maintenance, budget formulation, transactional workflow processesing, and field support. Participates in digital transformation projects to improve data visibility, communication, and workflow to increase productivity.
*Monday thru Friday hours 9:30 am to 6:00 pm (One day a week 10:30 am to 7:00 pm)
Contacts customer to discuss account status and request payments. Prepares delinquent accounts for outside collection activities. Work closely with AR daily on cash application. Requires to be proficient in excel use and computer skills to research and key information and run reports. Maintains current receivable account balances, while satisfactorily answering internal and external customers' questions.
