Manages a team of Account Executives who sell complete outsourcing and document management solutions to companies within a territory and/or an assigned account list.
Responsible for sales, overall business performance and customer applications support for the Canon imagePRESS Digital Printing Systems into all segments and markets; Commercial Print, Strategic Accounts, Retail and Government. Manages a team to sell and support imagePRESS systems. Manages the sales and support process which including; producing customer benchmarks, assisting with or leading the demonstration process, technical needs analysis, recommended configuration of equipment and workflows, technical support for workflow extensions such as Image Processing, Variable Data Printing (VDP), Web to Print, Integration, Color Management and Finishing. Work with managers across Canon Solutions America & Canon USA when needed.
Provides professional leadership and coordination on a single focused key account. Plans, organizes, leads and controls balanced sales growth, continued account penetration and customer satisfaction on a long-term multi-year focus. Maintains high level, executive contact with account, focusing on the establishment and maintenance of the strategic relationship.
Canon is seeking a Sr. Website Optimization & Personalization Specialist, focused on delivering digital customer experiences by using relevant data to make the most intelligent and personalized decisions across various touchpoints. The primary focus of this position will be on improving the customer experience through marketing automation. You will focus on journey ideation, testing/experimentation, content/product recommendations and automated 1-to-1 experiences. These unique activities will be a core focus to help deliver the right experience at the right time to our customers. Additionally, in this role you would also be responsible for improving on-site search for website visitors and supporting core performance marketing channels.
