As an Account Executive representing our B2B group within the division, you will be responsible for growing annual revenue sales by selling Canon Large Format Solutions, which include devices, software and services through indirect sales channels such as our dealer network. You will be responsible for representing Canon to the Channel in all sales and sales-oriented activities, including marketing, advertising, sales promotions, training and other Channel-related support.
The assigned territory will include New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee, Kentucky, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, S. Carolina, N. Carolina Job requires up to 75% weekly overnight travel. Preferred location for the successful candidate will be near Atlanta, Georgia or Dallas, Texas.
We will rely on your selling skills to achieve monthly channel sales targets. Customer service and problem resolution are essential talents. Solid business communications, time management and account planning skills are necessary. Your ability to pro-actively interface and engage with field leadership and field sales on a continuous basis is crucial to the implementation of the channel’s strategic plans. This position is full time and is considered virtual. The CUSA office will be open 5 days a week; however you will not be required to report to the office unless there is a specific business need. Significant travel is expected for this role (up to 50%) which will include some overnights. Work schedules and office reporting requirements may change from time to time based on business needs.

Oversees the operations and client relations of a segment of accounts within a market or region. Responsible for $1M to $4M in annual revenue. Manages the development of the existing client base by enhancing relationships at all levels within the client's organization and ensures the highest levels of service and client satisfaction. Builds relationships with client contacts at key accounts.
Provide professional services to customers for implementing Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions. Provide consulting services related to the configuration and workflow development associated with these solutions and responsible for providing direct customer support for ECM to solve issues effectively with minimal escalation outside of the Professional Services team. As required, consults with and escalates to vendors and other Canon resources, managing cases through resolution.
