The Billing Analyst I will be responsible for processing and communicating service updates (i.e. meter reads and base maintenance) for our dealer business segment. Key functions will including invoicing, analyzing meter/usage data, contract resolution and reconciliations. Strong Excel skills required.
Responsible for ensuring all service calls are answered and entered into company systems in a timely and accurate manner. Responsible for providing the best possible customer service to internal as well as external customers. Must be able to handle level 1 call types.

Builds financial models to price large scale, strategic opportunities, as well as supporting existing contracts and programs. Collaborates with members of the Sales, Marketing, Finance, Contracts and Solutions Teams to ensure client proposals are complete, accurate, and timely.
Provide professional services to customers for implementing software solutions. Provide consulting services related to the configuration and work-flow development.

Provides professional leadership and coordination on a single focused key account.
