Responsible for the administration and billing of service agreements. Works in a collaborative environment with Sales, other administrative departments and Service Management while always keeping the customers' requirements and satisfaction as a top priority.
Located in Costa Mesa, Calif., perform on-site or in-house repair of imaging products including Mirrorless cameras, Digital SLR Cameras, Lens, Flash, Binoculars, Powershots, EF and RF lens, Speedlite Flash, etc.
This position requires full-time presence at your assigned office(s)/worksite(s)/territory.
Provides comprehensive branch technical seminars and field ride-withs within the Service Division. Accountable for developing, administering and presenting comprehensive technical seminars to field service employees on all existing and future contracted products sold by Canon Solutions America. This includes all Canon analog, digital and Multi-functional products as well as any third party identified products (i.e. HP, Fiery, etc.). In addition, the Field Support Solutions Specialist will actively provide On the Job Training through ride-withs in support of the current Service Standards, Spares Standards and Dispatch Standards.
