Responsible for prompt delivery of various on-site work assignments, providing customer service and ultimately, customer satisfaction. Requires flexibility to provide coverage at many sites throughout the region.
Provides professional leadership and coordination on a single focused key account. Plans, organizes, leads and controls balanced sales growth, continued account penetration and customer satisfaction on a long-term multi-year focus. Maintains high level, executive contact with account, focusing on the establishment and maintenance of the strategic relationship.
* The successful candidate works remotely from a home office within the Central Region of the United States and must be located within a reasonable distance (~30 miles) to a major airport.
Ensures specific products and technology programs are executed into the field effectively while maintaining ongoing product quality and services to all stakeholders. Provides technical advice to peers and customers when addressing escalations, installations, testing, upgrades or modifications.

This is an advanced servicing role blending Customer Service, Collections, Reconciliation and other servicing skills for major client groups.
