Overtime is required to support month end and quarter end sales cycles.
Responsible for regular application administration for fleet management, output management and scanning software solutions through client knowledge and relationships with all appropriate IT administrators and personnel.

The Accounts Payable Representative II will perform critical tasks to ensure vendors are paid for servces renedered. The person in this role will review and process invoices, reconcile vendor statements and respond to vendor/buisness unit inquiries. The Accounts Payable Representative will possess a high levelof detail and accuracy ensuring timely processing of high volume invoices in a shared service enviroment.
The position is full time and offers a hybrid work schedule requiring you to be in the office on Monday, and Wednesday and an option to work from home the remainder of the week,( unless a specific business needs arises requiring in office attendance on other days). Note that work schedules and office requirements may change based on business needs.
- Associates degree or equivalent experience required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 0 - 2 years of related (electromechanical) work experience (1-2 years preferred i.e. field service engineer or technician position in a semiconductor equipment company or a technical position in the engineering field). Litho experience preferred, experience on high precision equipment helpful.
- May require up to 70% travel during initial 6 months of training and then up to 50% travel (valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record necessary)
- Requires MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
- Position may require travel to other offices/customer sites within the US. Some overseas travel as needed
- Requires ability to work flexible shifts
- This position requires driving for company business as an essential function of the job and must remain in compliance with company safety guidelines and policies.

Contacts customer to discuss account status and request payments. Prepares delinquent accounts for outside collection activities. Work closely with AR daily on cash application. High levels of proficiency in excel use and computer skills to research and key information and run reports. Maintains current receivable account balances, while satisfactorily answering internal and external customers' questions. Responsible for special account assignments.
