The TSR II -Network is responsible for answering telephone and/or e-mail inquiries from internal and external customers regarding company products. Customers will range from general consumers to professional customers with pro-support and networking issues. Position involves analyzing problems with hardware and software products and identifying problem areas and recommending possible solutions. Some interaction with TSRI Reps will also apply and TSRII Reps will recommend solutions to technical questions. TSRII Reps are expected to maintain the highest level of professionalism and create a positive impression of Canon and of the department.

They will analyze various price requests from the field, and make recommendations to management for all price requests. The individual must understand vacuum technology, general practices, and procedures within the semiconductor field and be able to apply such skills fluently to perform field service duties at customer’s clean room. In rare occasions, overtime may be required.
